The Principal is the educational leader of the College and is expected to work in conjunction with the CEO and with Principals from other campuses of the organisation to form the Senior Leadership Team. As a Senior Leadership Team, we see time and time again that we are stronger together and we have a collaborative leadership development approach across the organisation with high levels of transparency and cooperation between each campus and the leadership of NT Christian Schools.</p> <p>Nhulunbuy Christian College seeks to provide Christian education where Jesus is at the centre, so children have the freedom to learn and grow as Christ intended.
