The Property Staff Member supports the Property Manager in maintaining the College’s buildings and facilities to a high standard. This hands on role includes general maintenance, grounds care, event setup and pack down, and coordinating external contractors. The position is essential to ensuring the College remains safe, well presented, and fully operational for both daily activities and special events. The role involves manual work, including lifting, working indoors and outdoors, and using a variety of tools and equipment.
