The Chief VCE Exam Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring that all VCE examinations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and College expectations.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Chief VCE Exam Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of VCE external and internal examinations.</p> <p>As the Chief VCE Exam Supervisor your key responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the administration and supervision of VCE examinations in accordance with VCAA regulations</li> <li>Coordinate and lead a team of exam supervisors</li> <li>Ensure examination materials are handled securely and confidentially</li> <li>Prepare examination venues in line with required standards and protocols</li> <li>Manage attendance rolls, incident reports, and required documentation</li> <li>Liaise with College leadership and relevant staff regarding examination procedures</li> <li>Maintain a calm, professional environment that supports students during exam periods</li> </ul> <p>We are looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organisational and administrative skills</li> <li>Experience in examination supervision or educational administration (desirable)</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to compliance</li> <li>Clear communication and leadership skills</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times</li> </ul> <p>Why Join Us:</p> <ul> <li>Be part of a welcoming, values-driven school where staff feel supported and connected</li> <li>Access development opportunities, and the chance to build your career</li> <li>Join a team that values collaboration, integrity, and care for the school community</li> <li>Dedicated Staff Wellbeing Plan that honours our community and supports our staff</li> </ul> <p><a href="https://www.columba.vic.edu.au/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Chief-VCE-Exam-Supervisor.pdf" rel="nofollow"><u>Role Description</u></a></p> <p>Please note&nbsp;Chief supervisors cannot be:</p> <ul> <li>Related to or associated with any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study.</li> <li>Teaching or tutoring any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study.</li> <li>Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials on behalf of a school.</li> <li>Employed by the school in any capacity, including as a teacher, casual relief teacher (CRT) or a member of the administration staff</li> </ul> <p>All appointed supervisors are required to complete the Supervisor Relationships Statutory Declaration and Conditions of Appointment well in advance of the first day of employment.
