<p>Applications are invited for the casual Education Support Employee (ESE) position:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>* CHIEF EXAMINATION SUPERVISOR</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Chief supervisors </strong>have the overall responsibility for the conduct and administration of Victorian Curriculum Assessment Authority (VCAA) VCE Examinations (October - November) and for the General Achievement Test (June); as set out in the VCAA VCE Examination manual, and any other instructions provided by the VCAA and the College.<br><br><i>Among other duties, the responsibilities include:</i></p> <p>• In conjunction with school personnel, ensuring that all exam assistant&nbsp;supervisors are</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;- Appropriately briefed on the procedures for the conduct and administration of VCE external assessments</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;- Capable of carrying out the responsibilities of the chief supervisor should they be required to step into the role at short notice.</p> <p>• Ensuring the secure storage and collection of external assessment materials</p> <p>• Reconciling all external assessment materials ensuring they are stored in a dedicated secure locked repository according to VCAA requirement</p> <p>• Ensuring that all response material is collected and packed according to VCAA requirements</p> <p>• The safekeeping and handing over of the completed response material to the VCAA courier</p> <p>• Ensuring they have a clear understanding of the provisions for any student with approved Special Examination Arrangements</p> <p>• Understanding of&nbsp;the College-specific emergency procedures (evacuations and lockdowns) in place during VCE external assessments</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><i>The full terms and conditions are in accordance with the CEMEA (2022).
